I wanted to take a second to thank you for being our keynote speaker for our annual Leadership Summit at Cornerstone Church. It has been about a month since the event, yet I am still hearing people in our congregation talk about the impact you had on them.
I can honestly say that we all enjoyed what you had to say and it has made a huge impact on all of us. The way you used Scripture, personal experience, stories and humor really helped to drive your points home. In addition, even though we had a large group (over 800), the way you interacted with the audience was awesome!
Your down to earth personality really came through in your delivery. I also have to say that it came through in our dealings prior to and after the event as you have been a real joy to work with for me and all of our staff. Thank you!
As you are aware, this is an extremely important event for our congregation and our staff each year. You helped to make our event very memorable and thanks to you we consider this year’s event a huge success. I know we will be working together again in the future.
If I can ever help you in any way, please let me know. Also, if you would like to use me as a reference for other speaking opportunities, I would be happy to help you.
Thanks again Jim!

Jim, your one-day Bleedership seminar that you conducted for our CBMC chapter was not only informative but very inspiring. The information and discussions of Christ-like leadership applied to the workplace, church, home and other areas of life. The seminar inspired many thoughts of “how,” and “how not” to conduct ourselves as leaders in our various life roles. The “real life” examples made it very clear and interesting. Thank you for your obedience to the Lord in writing your book and preparing this program.

Jim, I just wanted to thank you for the time you took out of your busy schedule to come and talk to us at our men’s breakfast. The three churches that were represented at our breakfast were Northwest Christian, St. Philip Lutheran, and King of Glory. Your speaking abilities are excellent and the humor that you intertwined in your message was very good. Everyone that I have talked to since last week left with a positive feeling about your talk and testimony.
I would like to share with you some of the comments I heard. One guy said, “What a great speaker, his message was so down to earth and inspiring”. Another was, “It makes you stop and think of all the bosses and leaders you had over the years and just how bad some of them were”. The one guy from St. Philip that shared how his boss had forgiven him for a mistake he made told me that the application of your message was timely for today’s world and we can all apply the principles in your book to our lives and our relationships with the people around us.
I have already referred your name to some folks I know to have you come share your testimony and book if they are looking for a speaker. Thanks again for your message, your book, and sharing your life with us. May God continue to use you in a mighty and powerful way. God Bless.

Jim Lange recently spoke at one of our Momentum events. His insight on “forgiving leadership” was both insightful and inspiring. His take on leadership from a biblical perspective is a combination of age old wisdom packaged in contemporary language that is relevant to leaders today within the church and workplace. His heart to see people follow Christ as servant leaders is infectious and a valuable asset to any organization wishing to call their employee’s/congregants to a higher level of living for the sake of Christ’s kingdom.

"Jim gives a dynamic presentation that effectively uses scripture, humor, and real life experiences to challenge each and every one of us to be Christian leaders in the work place and at home.
He reinforces "the call" that God has extended to each of us, and gracefully challenges us to humbly examine how we perceive ourselves and the effectiveness of our role through the eyes of Christ, and our co-workers."
